Aside from Tamara's room, the chapel was the only other door in the ship that was solid wood. Kaiross pushed open the double doors and shut it behind him as he entered the chapel. He Genuflected and walked down the aisle to the alter, taking out of his coat pocket a small industrial lazer cutter.

Hes been meaning to do this for a while, and now seemed as good a time as any. He knelt infront of the small altar and brought the industril lazer cutter to arm and began to smoothley cut away into the alter, carefull to make the inscriptions as nice and clear cut as possible.

The Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:2-17 NKJV)

1 “I am the Lord your God...You shall have no other gods before Me.
2 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image...
3 “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
4 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
5 “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
6 “You shall not murder.
7 “You shall not commit adultery.
8 “You shall not steal.
9 “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
10 “You shall not covet anything that is your neighbor's.”

Kaiross stepped back to reflect on his work. The words were cut into the altar as best as he possibly could have.

"How much better could the world be, if every Christian knew these words by heart." He said this to himself, because he noted how an old priest of his once said. That there are alot of Christians in the world who dont know God's most basic commandments.

Tamara looked up towards the pulpit from her seat in the back of the chapel and took up the bible she had set down next to her. Walking towards the front of the chapel she approached the captain.
Opening to her place in the book of James she began inquisitively,

"Sir? How do you pray the bible?"
